Actinide management covers a very large scope of options both as it relates to characteristics of the reactors recycling these actinides, as this workshop illustrates, but also in terms of the considerations relating to the fuel cycle which also have a significant importance. Thus, only the detailed studies of scenarios taking into account the recycling constraints and limits at the level of reactors as well as the fuel cycle but also disparities between the national, regional, worldwide and transient situations to move from one strategy to the other enable the overall performance of associated actinide management to be specifically assessed.Nevertheless, a certain number of key parameters linked to the characteristics of reactors involved directly impact this performance. The objective of this paper is to identify them and assess their criticality in order to be able to highlight in a simplified manner the potentials of the various reactors presented, during this workshop, as regards the general question of actinide management.
