This paper provides a new mathematical Floquet modal analysis adequate to investigate the meta-surfaces for 5G and planned 6G antenna designs. A Fourier analysis is introduced to reduce the electromagnetic computation on a unit coupled cell (or on a unit block of coupled cells (finite coupled array)). This spectral formulation based on the discrete Floquet states permits the management of an infinite (or really large) antenna array with strong coupling interaction to several coupled sub-arrays employing a spatial period modulation phenomenon (in which the local period is modulated). The Moment method simplified by equivalent circuits MoM-GEC is applied as a numerical method to model the studied structures.
