MUSES-C is a sample return mission to the near-Earth asteroid, 1989ML. In this mission, the measurement of the asteroid is one of important themes of investigation. We will be able to measure the asteroid shape by using the terminator of the asteroid, or stereophonic photograph. In this paper, we will talk about the technique of the stereophonic photograph. The virtual asteroid model was made, and data of stereophonic photographic images for the asteroid were taken by the simulation system. It reproduces the imaging condition from Muses-C spacecraft. The simulated images were measured, and the original asteroid shape was successfully recovered. We also discuss about the optimal condition for measuring asteroid shape.
