摘要

This paper describes a new type of self-organizing high frequency(HF)data network called HF/adaptive inter-node-connection network (HF/AIN).Tne operation of the network relies on the concept of"path-frequency adaptation (PFA)".Two algorithms for implementing the PFA by using distributed control techniques are presented,Computer simulations indicate that such a network has good survivability and superior self-organizing performances.
