PCS:OPERATIONS PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR INTEGRATED NETWORK OPERATIONS

摘要

Operations tasks coordinate network operations systems that execute surveillance and testing of network elements,various data processing,and operators.Mechanization and totalization are keys to making these tasks efficient.This paper proposes flow-through architecture (HIOA) and an operations Process Control System system (PCS) for flexibly developing operations system (OpS) by separating flow-through control function from OpSs.HIOA is based on the PCS,which has data-transfer functions,operations flowcontrol functions,etc.This paper also describes the functions that PCS and OpSs must include to achieve flow-through operations.
