I am extremely pleased to have the opportunity to address the participants in this 8th Ozone World Congress here in Zurich, in my capacity as President. of the International Water Supply association, especially because this congress takes place in the same city which also hosted the IWSA's World Congress under hte presidency of Maarten Schalekamp a few years ago.
