The inverse smith-purcell effect by using a sobmillimeter wave laser

The inverse Smith-Purcell effect is one of the candidates for laser-driven linacs. The experimental apparatus to demonstrate the effect by using a sub-millimeter wave laser has been completed and will be described in this paper.
