Retirement savings plan advisor

摘要

The Retirement Savings Plan Advisor is a prototype knowledge-based expert system to help an employee allocate investment funds among the options of a tax deferred savings plan. The system provides advice based on the user's personal profile, the objective of the investment funds, and economic indicators. This paper describes the development of the Advisor, the rationale for the subject matter, architecture, implementation, translation, limitations and current use.
