Ozonation Optimization in Drinking Water Treatment

摘要

Ozone in drinking water treatment was usually used for disinfection, to recue taste and odour and finally to oxidate iron or manganese for example. The changes of the water quality and more drastic standards lead to review ozonation needs. In consequence, new scales using ozonation to produce tap water are taking those changes into consideration. Several industrial examples will be presented in order to show the differnet uses of ozone exisitng at the Lyonnaise deEaux-Dumez.
