摘要

According to the lift-off effect of eddy current testing, a ferromagnetic absorbing coating thickness measurement technique is proposed in this paper. This technique estimates the curve of the coil impedance versus coating thickness by hyperbolic regression model. A verification absorbing coating thickness gauge is developed. The experimental results testify that non-destructive testing error of the gauge is less than 0.02mm. which proves the feasibility of the hyperbolic regression model.
