摘要

It is possible to achieve specific electrical properties by addition of certain components into a cement matrix. It has ben found that to achieve specified electrical properties carbon particles of micro and nano-size are mostly suitable. Though carbon fibres are less conductive than metal fibres, composites with carbon fibres have been evaluated as better current conductors than composites with metal fibres. Structurally-technical elements made of these newly composed fibre inorganic composites are able to shield against electromagnetic fields, to transform electricity to heat or to scan the weight of moving vehicles. This paper deals with design and selection of appropriate formulations for pavements or access ramps and describes manufacturing of tempered element prototype and its operation in real conditions.
