摘要

Concerning the character of condensing dehumidification,the analytical mode about the cascade use of cooling energy in blast furnace blower system has been built through material balance method and heat balance method.According to the analytical mode,the actual data,which comes from certain steel works,have been analyzed.Here are the calculating results: Condensing water in 10℃ are produced within 22.56 tons per hour in one day.Through the water treatment of removing copper ion,the condensate water could be used in the condenser of one refrigerator,and lower the cooling water in 1.Meanwhile,it results in enhancing heat transferring and increases the cooling energy of refrigerating system in 352 kW.
