This form of industrial clusters in many parts of China has been relatively rapid development, such as: the electronic industry cluster in Zhongguancun of Beijing, the necktie industry cluster in Zhejiang, the sports shoes industry cluster in Fujian, the furniture industry cluster in Guangdong,the textile industry cluster in Jiangsu, the tobacco industry cluster in Yunnan, the motorcycle industry clusters in Chongqing, the development of these industrial clusters play an important role in the regional industrial structure adjustment. Industrial clusters is that some related companies in a particular region to gather in groups and continuously upgrade the extremely competitive of enterprises and process ,of the company and the whole industry, The formation is a series concentrated in space because of the close relationship between the same industry or related industries,enterprises or institutions. Because the economic globalization and regional economic integration continues to deepen, the competition between national and regional competition is the competition between the industries and large enterprises groups.the model of geographical, social division of labor and specialization of industrial clusters, attracting a growing number of industrial concentration to focus in a specific area, industrial clusters thus become an important way to enhance the competitiveness of industries.
