Fast Ramped Superconducting Magnets for the SIS100 of FAIR

The Heavy Ion Synchrotron SIS100 is the core facility of the international FAIR project at GSI in Darmstadt.rnWe present the main design aspects of the high current dipoles and quadrupoles as well as the sophisticatedrnlayout of the corrector magnets. The first dipole is already produced for intensive testing to assure thernreliable start of the series production in 2014. We present the status of these tests together with the obtainedrnoperation characteristics.
