This paper describes the development of wireless heart sound acquisition system forscreening heart valvular disorder. One-DOF mass-spring analytical model is introduced for extractionof a characteristic waveform, which is used to distinguish the normal and abnormal heart sounds. Theimpedance properties and the transfer characteristics of device were investigated to maintain optimalstates in detail. The normal heart sounds and valvular disorder sounds such as the hyperthyroidism,stenosis and regurgitation were diagnosed by the proposed characteristic waveform.
