摘要

Coil design has played an important role in design process of rectifier transformer with high-voltage, low-voltage and adjusting-voltage windings. This paper presents its optimal mathematical model, and analyzes its target functions, decision-making variables and constraints .In order to facilitate the optimization process, the constraints are disposed of with adding a penalty function or amending method. We optimize the model using genetic algorithm, and improve coding method, selective strategy, fitness function and initial population of genetic algorithm. The optimization data show that the improved genetic algorithm which can produce performance improvements in execution time and accuracy for a given coil optimization design is effective for practical use.
