An integrated low power microwave VCO with sub-picosecond phase jitter

This paper describes the theoretical design of very low phase noise integrated microwave bipolar junction transistor Voltage Controlled Oscillators. Experimental results and large signal time domain noise simulation techniques for performance verification are described.
