Summary form only given, as follows. The transparency coefficient for the case when the field has such a spectrum energy density as stochastic field is less than about one order than at the stochastic signal and it is connected with fact that in this case the plasma layer acts as a frequency filter which passes and reflects another one. For the oblique incidence case an electromagnetic field has a strong influence on the electrons (partially at big incidence angles). The observed longitudinal field values are close to the transversal field ones. The longitudinal electron energy (and their temperature) are increased.
