摘要

In the craft of activated sludge treatment, aerating controls the sate of activated sludge and the quantity of oxygen. It plays a very important role. In this paper, an aeration tank is designed by sludge load method. And based on the computational fluid dynamics, the characteristics of the flowing field and the flowing direction of gas and liquid are fully considered. Three-dimension steady incompressible mixture model is selected for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software simulating. Through analyzing, the fluent software can make well simulation for two-phase flowing field in aeration tank by mixture model.
