Zero chirp broadband Z-cut LiNbO/sub 3/ optical modulator using polarization reversal and branch electrode

摘要

A novel single drive Z-cut Ti-diffused LiNbO/sub 3/ modulator with a small chirp parameter less than 0.02 was demonstrated using polarization reversal and branch electrode. The modulator showed preferable 10 Gb/s eye-opening and bias stability.
