摘要

A new efficient method for the automatic design of multimode resonators is presented. Our approach is based on electromagnetic 3-D modelling performed in the optimization loop. The novelty of the method arises from utilization of some information about the electromagnetic field distribution in the decision about the modification of resonator's geometry. The field information is processed using perturbation theory.
