Absolute frequency measurements and intercomparisons of He-Ne/CH/sup 4/ (/spl lambda/=3.39 /spl mu/m), CO/sub 2//OsO/sub 4/ (/spl lambda/=10.6 /spl mu/m) frequency stabilized lasers and Cs primary standard

Results of absolute frequency calibration of the He-Ne/CH/sub 4/ transportable optical frequency standard (TOFS) and intercomparisons of the TOFS with CO/sub 2//OsO/sub 4/ OFS carried out on 1996-1997 by a collaboration of three organizations (Lebedev Institute, PTB, and BNM-LPTF) are reported.
