Generalised frequency response applied to dielectrics

The article demonstrates the recently introduced generalised frequency response technique developed for treating linear systems with time varying coefficients. The method is applied to determining the response of capacitor resistor systems with time varying dielectric loss where the loss spectrum has a 1/f character.
