The development and application of water-based lubricant for cold-extrusion

摘要

The new type of water-based lubricant: "MJ" lubricant has been developed.Its properties have been evaluated.It is certified form the practical use that this lubricantcan be sued in cold-extrusion process of the ferrous metal to replace the traditional pre-treatment of phosphatization-saponification.
