Current metering standards (for electricity)

摘要

The author looks at: (i) international working groups which are writing or revising electricity metering standards; (ii) how these groups and various other groups, both national and international, interrelate; and (iii) what standards exist and why they are important, particularly within the framework of the procurement directives.
