摘要

Great attention has been paid to the investigation of frequency dynamics of large scale multi-machine electric power systems in circumstances of sudden supply deficiency in recent years. The analysis and computation of power system frequency dynamics as well as the designation and the implementation of under frequency load shedding schemes. A simulation program has been developed and utilized to view the characteristics of frequency dynamics. The effects upon frequency dynamics of several main factors, which include frequency propagation, the ability to maintain system voltages, disturbance locations and system loads models etc. has been investigated and important conclusions have been reached based on a large amount of calculation results.
