System control for the Mobile Subscriber Equipment (MSE) tactical communications network

Inherent in the architecture of the MSE system is the capability to provide the communications management and control functions required to operate the communications for any Army Corps. Management and control of the MSE network is provided by a system control center (SCC). Issues discussed are SCC configurations, communications with the MSE network, SCC systems features, SCC deployment, and network management.
