The use of ozone as a chemotherapeutic agent for acute monocytic leukemia and adenocarcinoma in mice

Most of the medical literature pertaining to the use of ozone as a chemotherapeutic agent against cancer has been found in the articles written by investigators in Germany. It was noted that the reports showed a synthergistic effect of zone combined with radiation as opposed to readiation alone. Few papers report the therapy of cancer in mice using ozone as the only agent. Recently tissue cell cultures were exposed to ozone in a chamber and it was found that normal cells were unaffected while cancer cells were killed.
