Microscopic aspects of thermo-mechanical behavior of cohesive soils and their macroscopic representation

摘要

Realistic numerical simulation of thermo-mechanical behavior of saturated cohesive solis requires a robust constitutive model that accounts for time and temperature effects. A microscopic basis for such a model is presented herein. Some comments are also made concerning the representation of the microscopic behavior macroscopically.
