摘要

In the paper the problems of improvrmrnt of the quality of castings are considered. The main idea of the paper is an application of electromagnet vibration exciter for solving of this problem. The vibration high-frequency and low frequency process engineering gains application in foundry for the so;ving of the problem as well. The vibration processing allows to realize a degassing of amelt, to rise effectiveness of a refining process, to drive process of a crystallization. The quality of casting metal and alloys hardly depends on non-metallic impurities and gases, contained in it. Even the small amount of detrimental impurities considerably makes properties of finished products worse. The quality product in the greater degree depends on character of crystalline structure of ingots melt, to rise effectiveness of a refining process, to drive process of a crystallization.
