In the selection process of sales staffs, determining selection schemes of sales staff is a very important job, which is related to the quality of selection of sales staffs. By using grey system theory, this paper raises a multi-goal grey decision-making method to help determine the selection schemes of sales staffs, analyzes the specific steps of this method and gives an example of this method. This method can help enterprises effectively deal with the complexity of determining selection schemes of sales staffs. Therefore it is a simple, practical, scientific and efficient method which has broad application prospects in enterprises.
