Study On The Investment Decision-making Model Of Logistics RFID Technology

As Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology develops rapidly, its applications becomes more and more wide. Especially in the field of logistics, applying RFID technology can get remarkable potential benefits while its application is limited to the highly investment cost. Therefore, RFID cost-benefit analysis has become a subject of great focus. Firms need to carefully assess every RFID opportunity and challenge to ensure that their resources are spent effectively. This paper studies on the investment decision-making model of logistics RFID technologies, and provides a basis for enhancing our understanding of RFID value creation, measurement, and ways to maximize the value of RFID technology.
