摘要

These experts who participate in decision-making have different background and knowledge, so there is conflict among their preferences. Based on " HeXie" management theory, a mechanism and implementing model for conflict coordination of large group decision-making on multi-criteria decision problem are proposed. The group preference is taken as "HeXie sub-theme", the programmed model-driven is taken as "Xie-rule" and the conflict eliminating is taken as "He-rule", which compose the conflict coordination mechanism of entire large group. And the model of. Large group conflict measurement in it is constructed. Finally, the process of near coherent large group preference forming is validated by a calculation example by use of above conflict coordination mechanism and model.
