Index System of Urban Rainwater Collection and Utilization in Beijing City under Low Impact Development

摘要

This article takes Beijing as the representative research city, analyzes current laws and regulations about urban rainwater. It puts forward seven basic factors of rainwater storage and infiltration and works out the "4+1" comprehensive control index system of rainwater which consists of 4 indexes of rainwater and 1 index of sediment removal. Moreover, based on city planning and urban water and soil conservation of Beijing, the "3-5-7-9" comprehensive index system of rainwater had been built. Some application cases of the Beijing economic-technological development area are presented to demonstrate the features and functions of "infiltration-storage-utilization-drain" rainwater system, which based on the "3-5-7-9" series of rainwater controlling index system. The studies not only have a great significance of strengthening the city flood prevention and control in northern city, but also promote the development of urban LID technology.
