摘要

Recent advances in Micro Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) fields make mobile robots of small dimension suitable platforms for performing advanced indoor missions; most of current optical motion capture systems contain a number of expensive high-speed cameras. The use of such systems is impractical for many applications due to its high cost. This paper is an effort in for solving the problem of cost and complexity. This paper proposes an economical system captures image from sensing node which uses available components and a mass production manufacturing mode to satisfy the precise specification of commercial system: Low cost, lightweight, small size and low power consumption. Taking into account suitable bandwidth for image transfer. The proposed system consist of several integrated models which include a Laptop computer serve as the main control module, a communication channel module represented by Bluetooth technology, a microcontroller based as motion control module and a mobile phone cell serve as image acquisition module. The practical implementation of the system proves that the designed system with the proposed control strategy can represent an appropriate solution for indoor wireless applications which prefer low cost and low power consumption.
