The high-speed steel cutting tool has advantaged in modern cutting tool for its preferable syntheticalrnperformance, especially, in application of complicated cutting tools. Therefore, the study of the high-speed steelrncutting tools that occupied half of cutting tools has become an important way of studying on modern cuttingrntechnology.rnThis paper, according to the test, analyzed and compared the difference effects between the magnetizedrnhigh-speed steel cutting tool and the non-magnetized high-speed steel cutting tool on cutting force, power, heat,rnaccuracy, service life and etc. It also put forward the relation of cutting factor and cutting capability, and thernrelation of magnetic parameter and cutting capability.
