A New Speech Segmentation Algorithm Researching Based on DWT

摘要

Speech segmentation is a key step to speech processing. Firstly, the article introduces some basic conceptions about speech segmentation and some current used time-frequency processing means .Then a new algorithm based on DWT is proposed and through experiments it is proved to be effective.
