USE OF CREW TRAINING TO CONTROL AN INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (ISS) PAYLOAD HAZARD

This paper describes the process that is to be followed when crew training is proposed as an operations control of an ISS payload hazard. The paper will address crew training in relation to its acceptability as a hazard control and the requirements imposed on the payload organization to ensure the applicability of the training.
