DEVELOPMENT OF COAL BASED DIRECT REDUCTION PROCESS (FASTMELT~(~R) PROCESS)

摘要

FASTMELT~(~R) Process is a coal based direct reduction technology which can produce molten iron. Low-grade iron-Ore and/or high-volatile steaming coal, which are produced abundantly in China, can be used for FASTMELT~(~R). Therefore it can be said that FASTMELT~(~R) is suitable process for China. And FASTMELT~(~R) Process is much competitive than Mini BF in respect of production cost, coal consumption, total energy consumption, CO2 and other emissions, and investment cost.
