摘要

This paper presents an easy deployable solution and business model for an integrated traffic management and information system. Travellers join the RoadNetwork, possibly anonymously, via an application in a mobile phone, supplying FC-data to a server and receiving individualized navigation and travel information based on computer network routing principles. rnSince it is the user device, not the car, that is connected, the solution supports co-modal travels and can thus be used to increase the market share of public transport. Road authorities save on investments in detectors and other infrastructure and obtain better data for traffic management, planning and traveller behaviour.
