摘要

Traffic information service utilizing the internet to provide timetable, transfer guide,rnpositional information of oncoming buses, maps etc is rapidly spreading especially amongrncomputer and/or mobile phone users. It is becoming indispensable for public transportationrnusers to receive traffic information by using these tools. We focus on digital television, whichrnis closely related to people's daily lives,as an information device. We are studyingrndevelopment and diffusion of a distribution method of traffic information via the internetrnusing television, and aiming at improving convenience of public transportations such as bus,rnand promoting utilization of public transportations.
