摘要

The paper gives out a SOPC solution based on NIOS II architecture to design the embedded gateway of instrument interfaces. Synthesizing the feature of IEEE802.3, IEEE488.1, IEEE488.2, RS232 and USB1.1 standards, the gateway can realize information exchanges during LAN, GPIB, RS232 and USB interfaces. The paper mainly illustrates hardware/software co-design framework based on SOPC, embedded web server design method based on NIOS II and general-purpose realization flow of functions of instrument interfaces based on FPGA. SOPC technology makes the gateway system much easier to reconstruct than ever. Web server and application programs in FPGA can be redesigned with less change. As for supporting LAN bus, the gateway can be used in remote test and metrology. And now SOPC has been considered as an alterable design solution to LXI bus.
