The data acquisition system is one of the most important parts in an auto-test system. It can convert the analog signal to the digital signal and send the digital signal to the computer, after the computer's operation, we can get the parameters of the signals. At present, the data collection technology has gained broader application. Nowadays, the universal high-speed data acquisition card commonly adopts PCI or ISA card. The PCI cards and the ISA cards have the shortcomings as follows: poor expansibility; difficult to install; unable to make electromagnetism shield in some strong electromagnetism circumstance. The PXI bus is the PCI extensions for Instrumentation. It has incomparable advantages in measuring speed and precision. At last, we test several ordnance equipments with this system. The system has the functions of signal acquisition, data processing, storage and graphics display. It also has the advantages of real-time acquisition, higher automatization, powerful data processing ability and easy function expandable ability.
