Device design for testing function of gas generator in safety airbag system of automobile

摘要

A set of test device is built. It is made up of support, inflator jar, sensor , controller and data acquisition. This system can produce an analog signal which is similar to the impact signal of automobile crash. The impact signal is required: peak acceleration is within（90 ±10 ）g, its duration is within （10 ±5 ）ms. For get suitable data of acceleration and the duration of impact, lots of experiments have been done. By adjust the lifting height of inflator jar and elastic hurter on the base, the expect data are obtained. The test process can be record by the curve of a-t and p-t. The test data for arbitrary point can be gotten and spot immediate type.
