摘要

In order to meet the requirement of insensitive ammunition ,the concave-spherical booster pellet and hemispherical booster pellet are designed based on shock initiation theory ,and then the initiation capacity of the new booster pellet structures and that of the regular cylinder booster pellet are tested respectively. The findings show that the output will be improved if the structure of booster pellet is changed, and the initiation capacity of new one is enhanced greatly as compared with the regular cylinder booster pellet. The result has important significance for initiating insensitive ammunition reliably.
