Dynamics of Deformations in the Earth Crust Faults

The report contains the results of observations (performed in 1990-1998) of indirect characteristics of dynamic deformation processes in the zones of crust faults, resulting in recurrent accidents, and which occur in subterranean engineering constructions. It also includes the results of experiments held in 1998-2000, which were dedicated to the study of fault zones shiftings. We have determined the dynamics of deformation processes of shifting blocks in fault zones. It was verified that dynamics is due to the tidal wave of the moon. The Environmental Department at the Administration of the City of Surgut financed the execution of the experiments and data processing.
