Correlation between corn (Zea mays L.) leaves spectra reflectance and nutrient content was researched under different potassium levels over the entire corn growing season by potted plant experiment, and digital models were constructed to assess potassium content in leaves by utilizing leaves spectral reflectance in trumpet stage in this paper. Results showed: it existed evident differences in the dimension of spectrum that correlation between leaves K content and spectra reflectance over the entire growing season. 730-930nm and 960-1100nm were defined as sensitive wave bands to assess potassium nutrition condition in trumpet stage, and spectral variates including R_(767) + R_(1057), (R_(767) + R_(1057)/(logR_(767) + logR_(1057)) and (R_(767)-R_(1057))/(logR_(767)-logR_(1057)) could predict accurately leaves K content in trumpet stage.
