摘要

On the basis of analysis for the characteristics and present project management of national defense enterprise, this thesis, by integrating the author's long-term experience on project management in national defense enterprise, discusses and explains the essence characteristics and requirements for project management of national defense enterprise from three aspects such as, connotation, method and application prospects of project management.
