SHENZHOU SPACESHIP PROJECT MANAGEMENT MATURING PROCESS AND MATURITY MOBEL

The management process of Shenzhou spaceship project is reviewed from the preliminary definition phase to detailed definition phase, and from Shenzhou 1 to Shenzhou 5. Based on the project management maturing process, the classic project management maturity modes are analyzed, and the Shenzhou spaceship project management maturity model is established. The objectives, model structure, capability directory and application of the model are presented. The integration of capability maturity both in project level and enterprise level has especially developed the content of the project management and is of great importance for project management capability evaluation and improvement at various levels.
