The Practice and Quest of the Heihe River Unified Water Resources Dispatching

The unified water quantity dispatching of the Heihe river main course carried out formally since 2000, has already completed the mission assured by government continuously for five years. The successful operation has been called a green canticle by the superiors and social public. Through the practice of the Heihe River unified dispatching in last few years, the author reviews and sums up the development and achievements, analyzes existing problems of the dispatching nowadays, and puts forward the strategy and performance in the future.
